کم سرمائے سے ایک چھوٹا کاروبار شروع کرنا ایک چیلنج ہے جسے بہت سے مہم جو طبیعت کے لوگ قبول کرتے ہیں۔ یہاں ہم آپ کو کچھ ایسے اصول بتائیں گے جو کامیاب کاروباری حضرات نے پوری پوری زندگیاں کھپا کر سیکھے ہیں۔ اور ان کا کہنا ہے کہ کاش یہ سادہ سی باتیں ہمیں کاروبار شروع کرنے سے پہلے پتا ہوتیں تو ہم بہت سی غلطیاں نہ کرتے اور زیادہ کامیابی حاصل کرتے۔

2- سرمایہ ہے تو کاروبار ہے

4- پارٹنر سے مسلسل بات چیت کریں
پہلی بات تو یہ کہ کوشش کیجئے سمال بزنس میں آپ کا پارٹنر کوئی نہ ہو۔ لیکن اگر ہو تو یہ اور بھی اچھی بات ہے کیونکہ ایک سے بڑھ کر دو۔ آپ اپنے پارٹنر سے پہلے دن سے ایسا تعلق بنائیے کہ آپ دونوں انتہائی ڈھٹائی سے ایک دوسرے سے تبادلہ خیالات کر سکیں۔ اگر وہ سوچ رہا ہے کہ آپ نے کام کم کیا ہے اور پیسے زیادہ رکھے ہیں تووہ آپ سے بلا تکلف کہہ سکے اور آپ اس سے۔ یوں شروع میں ہی غلط فہمیاں دور ہو جائیں گے اور آپ ایک دوسرے کو کاروباری لحاظ سے سمجھنے لگیں گے۔ اگر نہیں ہوں گی تو آپ کو پتا چل جائے گا کہ آپ کی پارٹر شپ نہیں چلنے والی۔ لحاظہ اسے کسی اچھے اور خوشگوار طریقے سے ختم کر دیجئے۔ زبردستی چلانے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں دونوں کا نقصان ہو گا۔ لیکن اگر اعتماد پیدا ہو گیا ہے تو بہت اچھا۔ اسے بالکل ایک میاں بیوی والا تعلق سمجھئے۔ اب اس مسئلے میں مت پڑھیے گا کہ میاں کون اور بیوی کون۔ یہ مثال ہے سمجھانے کیلئے۔ مطلب یہ کہ جیسے میاں بیوی گھر اور باہر کے کاموں سے وقت نکال کر سیر و تفریح کرتے اور ایک دوسرے کو سمجھ کر ساتھ رہنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں بس یہی ایک اچھی پارٹنر شپ میں بھی ہوتا ہے۔ آئیڈیل پارٹنر شپ کوئی نہیں ہوتی، جیسے سو فیصد کامیاب شادی کوئی نہیں ہوتی۔ اور ہاں سب سے اہم بات یہ کہ اکثر اوقات اپنے ساتھی کو اور خود کو یاد دلاتے رہیں کہ آپ کس لیے اور کن حالات میں کس کام کے لیے یکجا ہوئے تھے۔ بہت زیادہ امیدیں نہ خود رکھیں نہ پارٹنر کو دلائیں۔
